Taking a grueling journey around Absecon Island, competitors from across the globe will propel their paddleboards and help locals with cancer. Registration is now open for the 10th annual Dean Randazzo Cancer Foundation Paddle For A Cause Saturday, June 10 at Frank S. Farley State Marina at Golden Nugget Atlantic City.
More than 100 stand-up and prone paddleboarders will embark on a 22.5-mile journey designed to test competitors mentally and physically similar to someone battling cancer. There are two options for people who want to participate in a non-competitive paddle. There is an 8-mile paddle to the Wonder Bar and back and a 4-mile option that finishes at the Wonder Bar.
